摘要
目的 探讨糖尿病大鼠胸腺多糖、脂类和酶组织化学反应变化及其与胸腺退化的关系。方法 采用四氧嘧啶型糖尿病动物模型 ,应用组织化学方法 ,在光镜下观察糖尿病大鼠胸腺多糖、脂类和酶组织化学反应变化 ,并对其进行半定量分析。结果 糖尿病大鼠胸腺皮质萎缩退化 ,皮质明显变薄 ,细胞密度显著降低 (P <0 .0 1)。巨噬细胞呈PAS、油红O、ACP、NSE、SDH强阳性反应 ,在皮质和皮髓质交界区大量聚集 ,并呈现组化反应异质性的变化。皮质许多上皮细胞呈PAS、SDH和ACP强阳性反应。大量胸腺细胞呈ALP或ACP强阳性反应 ,散在或成簇分布于皮质中。结论 糖尿病大鼠胸腺皮质明显萎缩退化 ,呈现明显多糖、脂类和酶组织化学反应变化 。
Objective To expl ore th e changes of the polysaccharide, lipids and enzyme-histochemical reactions in di abetic rat thymus and the relations to the thymus involution.?Method s Using the rat model of alloxan-diabetes and the histochemical meth ods, the changes of the polysaccharide, lipids and enzyme-histochemical reaction s were observed in diabetic rat thymus under light microscope, and analysed semi -quantitatively.?Results The thymus cortex involuted in diabetic rats, with the cortex becoming thinner and the cell density reduced not ably ( P <0.01). The numerous macrophages populated in the cortex and corticom edullary zone were strongly positive for PAS, oil red O, ACP, NSE and SDH, showi ng heterogenous changes of the histochemical reactions. Many epithelial cells in the cortex were strongly positive for PAS, SDH and ACP. A number of thymocytes scattered in the cortex were strongly positive for ALP or ACP.?Concl usion The thymus cortex involuted evidently in diabetic rats, showin g evident changes in the polysaccharide, lipids and enzyme-histochemical reactio ns, and these changes must be related to the thymus involution.
