摘要
目的 研究缺碘、甲状腺激素不足对海马神经细胞形态结构及细胞凋亡的影响。方法 复制缺碘大鼠动物模型 ,以HE染色、尼氏染色及免疫组化方法研究第一代第 2、3胎大鼠海马神经细胞形态学及细胞凋亡的变化。结果 缺碘组子代大鼠较同龄正常对照组大鼠海马神经细胞分布稀疏 ,尼氏体减少 ,海马细胞凋亡计数较对照组大鼠海马明显增多 (分别为 18.18± 2 .99vs 2 .40± 1.17;3 8.81± 5.99vs 3 .2 9± 3 .84,P <0 .0 1)。结论 缺碘、甲状腺激素不足所致海马神经细胞数目减少 ,神经细胞尼氏体明显减少 ,不仅与缺碘、甲状腺激素不足影响海马神经元分化发育有关 。
ObjectiveThis experiment was designed to stu dy the morphologic structure and apoptosis in hippocampus of rats suffering iodi ne deficiency (ID) and hypothyroidism.MethodsFoods from an iodine deficiency area were used to make learning-memory impaired animal model. The morphologic structure and ap optosis were observed.ResultsUrine iodine and serum T 3,T 4 were significa ntly decreased in ID rats. Morphologic damage was founf in the dentate gyrus of hippocampus,and apoptosis was significantly higher in hippocampus of ID group than that in control (18.18±2.99 Vs 2.40±1.17; 38.81±5.99 Vs 3.29±3.84,P <0.01).ConclusionsIn rats iodine deficiency and hypothyroidis m during their fetus period could affect apoptosis in hippocampus. These changes may contribute to the smaller size of hippocampus in ID rats. It may be caused by glia cell diminution.
