哈尔滨市小学生碘营养状况调查

Survey of iodine nutrient condition in pupils of Harbin

目的 调查食盐碘化后哈尔滨市小学生碘营养状况。方法 以哈尔滨市 7个区 3 0所小学中随机抽取 3 2 43名小学生为调查对象 ,进行体格检查 ,疑诊甲状腺肿大者行甲状腺超声检查 ,随机对其中 3 60名小学生测定尿碘。结果 甲状腺肿大率为 2 .43 % ,尿碘中位数为 2 43 .81μg/L。

ObjectiveTo survey iodine nutrient condition of pupils in Harbin after complement iodine in salt.MethodsWe gave palpation in thyroid for 3 243 and dete rmined iodine in urine for 360 pupils at random in 30 primary schools from 7 di stricts in Harbin.ResultsIncidence of goiter was 2.43%,mean of iodine i n urine was 243.81 μg/L.ConclusionsShortage in taking iodine is not a main fac tor that causing goiter.
