摘要
目的 研究砷对小鼠子代免疫功能的影响 ,同时观察硒对砷的拮抗作用。方法 利用一代一窝繁殖试验获得子代。结果 ①随着砷剂量的增加 ,小鼠各项免疫指标均显著降低 ;免疫组化实验显示脾脏中指环样T、B淋巴细胞减少 ;②脱离砷环境后 ,小鼠溶血A值虽升高但仍低于对照组 ,其余各项指标与对照组比较无统计学意义 ;③给予不同剂量的硒拮抗时 ,仅硒浓度为 0 .3mg/L组小鼠外周血白细胞数、溶血A值低于对照组。结论 砷可导致小鼠免疫功能降低 ,且体液免疫受损较严重 ,但损害是可逆的 ;
ObjectiveTo research the inhibitory effects of arsenic on offspring immune function in mice and the antagonistic effects of selenium.MethodsThe mice’s offspring were used for the study w ith one generation-one nest reproductive test.ResultsThe results showed that ①following the increas e of arsenic,the immune indexes were all significantly inhibited.The numbers of positive T,B-lymphocytes in spleen decreased.②After stopping exposure to arsen ic, though the content of hemolytic A increased, it was still significantly inh ibited .And in other indexes there were no significant differences compared with the control group.③Using selenium to antagonize arsenic,only WBC of the periph eral blood and the content of hemolytic absorbency of low selenium group.ConclusionsThis study suggests that the immune functio n of the offspring can be inhibited by arsenic, with humoral immunity exacerbate d.However, these effects are reversible, and can be antagonized by selenium.
