Ruling by Law and Virtue Simultaneously to Make the Country Prosperous

从中华民族的历史渊源出发,从法治和德治的起源、内涵、功能和作用等方面,论证了法治和德治相辅相承,相互促进的辩证关和实行法德并举对于实现国家安全、社会发展的重要性,并提出了实现法德并举的具体途径。

Starting from the historical sources of the Chinese nation, this article expounds and proves the dialectical relationship between ruling by law and ruling by virtue from the aspects of their respective origin,connotation and function as well .It also states the importance on our national security and social development, and then lists specific means for its realization, all of which rely on the fact that ruling by law and ruling by virtue are carried out in the meantime.
