摘要
进入新世纪以来,"学习型组织"在管理实践中方兴未艾,管理学界对此也进行了讨论。在管理过程中,构建学习型的组织是时代发展的需要,是企业开发人力资源,培育创新能力,提高决策能力,提升并保持竞争力的全新管理理念。
Since the new century,Learning organization,which has been very popular in the practice of management,has been discussed by the field of Management.In the process of management,the setting-up of learning organization meets the needs of the development of the age because it is a completely new concept that enterprises develop human resource,cultivate creativity,improve the ability of decisions and hold competiveness.
