我国失信惩戒机制的构建思考

The Construction of The System of Penalty of Breaking Faith in Our Country

现代经济是信用经济,但我国经济领域目前存在着比较严重的失信现象,信用成为最缺的资源,信用制度成为最缺的制度,这影响了我国的市场经济秩序和交易安全,也成为阻碍生产力发展的"瓶颈"。我国信用体系还没有建立,失信惩戒机制的构建更是当务之急。笔者从分析信用的价值和失信的危害入手,指出失信惩戒机制构建的重要性,并从失信惩戒的主体到失信惩戒的方式上作了一些探讨。

Modern economy is called credit economy.However,there exist critical problems of breaking faith in our country.So credit has become one of the most rare resource, and the system of which has become urgent, which not only affects the order of market economy and trade security but hinders the development of the productive force.It is necessary to set up credit system,especially penalty system for breaking faith at the present.By begining dealing with the value of credit and the harm of breaking faith,emphysize the importance of building penalty system for breaking faith and exploring who will and how to execute it.
