摘要 为解决CA1092制动蹄片硬度长期达不到图纸要求的难题,进行了制动蹄片激光处理工艺试验和道路试验,确定了制动蹄片凸轮平台表面激光处理最佳硬化模型。经激光处理的制动蹄片其耐磨性提高3倍以上。研制了制动蹄片激光加工系统,实现新技术垂直转产。 In order to solve the difficulty that the hardness of CA1092 braking shoe plate can not meet the drawing requirement, laser hardening process and road test were employed on the surface of braking shoe plate.
