摘要
在Re=4000~38000的紊流范围内,对矩形风道内分别布置有单排一对直角三角翼、矩形翼和梯形翼(斜边倾角φ=20°和12°两种)等涡流发生器的强化换热和压降特性进行了对比实验.实验在稳态的气 水逆流换热方式下进行.实验结果表明,在固定各涡流发生器的宽度b=70mm、高宽比h/b=1/2及迎流攻角β=60°的共性条件下,矩形翼强化换热的效果最好,φ=20°梯形翼次之,直角三角翼和φ=12°梯形翼再次;矩形翼压力损失最大,直角三角翼和φ=20°梯形翼流阻较小.
Experiments were done to contrast the heat transfer enhancement and pressure loss caused by different single-row vortex generators(VGs) such as delta winglets,rectangular winglets,trapeze winglets(with bevel angles φ being 20° and 12°), which were installed in a rectangular tunnel.The turbulent flow(Re=4 000-38 000) was considered.The steady gas-water heat transfer in converse direction was kept in the experiments.The same width(b=70 mm),same ratio of height to width(h/b=1/2)and the same angle of attack(β=60°) were considered for all of the VGs.It is concluded that the rectangular winglets are the best in enhancing heat transfer and the trapeze winglets with a bevel angle φ=20° are better than delta winglets and trapeze winglets with a bevel angle φ=12°.Also the biggest pressure loss is caused by rectangular winglets and the less is that of delta winglets and trapeze winglets with a bevel angle φ=20°.
