摘要
结合被测面建立了数学模型,求解布设参数,并给出了布设参数的允许范围,使得测量系统的建立具有可操作性.结果表明,在求解的条件下布设,测量精度的分布比较合理,测量误差的波动范围较小,保证了被测面上采样点在测量坐标系中的绝对位置精度优于0.1mm.
According to the measured surface,a mathematical model is built.The arranging parameters and their permitted scopes are calculated, which makes the measurement system manoeuvrable.The results show that the distributing of measurement precision is reasonable, the error is decreased, and the precision of absolute sampling points can be smaller than 0.1 mm in the measurement coordinate system.
