摘要 催化剂技术是治理汽车排气污染物的重要手段之一 ,催化转化器是控制汽车尾气排放的主要设备。作者制备出一种含Pt、Pd、Rh的催化剂用于催化转化机动车尾气中的CO、HC和NOx ,使其成为无害的CO2 、N2 和H2 O。初步研究了其催化效果 ,包括空燃比和温度特性。通过载有该催化剂的三元催化转化器与LZ65 0 0、LZ6460车型的匹配试验 ,确定了 2种车型排温曲线及匹配过程中的几个关键技术。新车匹配试验证明 ,尾气排放值达到欧洲Ⅱ号标准。 Catalytic technique is one of the major way in purification of automotive exhaust gases,and catalytic converters are main devices for control of automotive emission.In this article,a kind of Pt,Pd,Rh catalyst which can be used in catalytic purification of automotive exhaust gases including CO,HC and NOx,was prepared. The conversion efficiency as functions of A/F and temperature were studied.The matching experiment of three-way catalytic converters with LZ6500/LZ6460 vehicle was carried out and the emission temperature of LZ6500/LZ6460 and the key technologies in the matching process with new vehicles was confirmed.The experiments are successful and the results of emission test can meet the requirement of European standard Ⅱ.
