摘要
介绍了采用三辊轧管机冷轧PdY合金薄壁管的工艺 ,分析和找出了轧制时管材易出现开裂的原因 ,发现管材壁厚 (W)与其平均直径 (D)之比越小 ,相对壁厚越薄越易开裂。其W/D临界值为 0 0 7;轧辊 (圆弧工作面 )直径与轧出管外径之比越大越易开裂。由此作者重新编制了轧管工艺 ,使每道次的轧制参数都尽量满足避免 (或至少必须保障不同时 )出现上述使管材破裂的 2个因素的条件 ,结果顺利轧制出 6× 0 3mm薄壁管。
A kind of rolling process,in which the three-rolls machine was adopted to roll PdY alloy thin wall tube,was studied.The reason of cracking in the rolling process was analyzed.It was found that the smaller the ratio of the wall thickness (W) to the average diameter (D) of the tube,or the thinner the relative wall thickness,the easier to crack.The critical value of W/D was 0.07.On the other hand,the bigger the ratio of the round face diameter of the roller to the outside diameter of the tube,the easier to crack.Based on the two factors above,a reasonable rolling process should be controlling rolling parameters for per pass to avoid producing the two harmful factors.Finally,the PdY alloy thin wall tube with the size of 6.0×0.3 mm was produced successfully.
