摘要
目的 探讨CT2000、T101对产蛋后期蛋鸡血浆AKP、BGP水平及BMD的影响。 方法1500只455日龄伊莎褐蛋鸡,随机分为3组,即对照组、CT2000组、T101组。各组日粮处理分别为:对照组为基础日粮,CT2000组为基础日粮+400 mg/kg CT2000,T101组为基础日粮+10 mg/kg T101。实验为期9周。结果 (1)与对照组比较,CT2000、T101血浆AKP、BGP水平显著下降(P<0.05)。(2)实验期末,CT2000组、T101组左胫骨BMD比对照组增加了7%(P>0.05)和19%(P<0.05);CT2000与T101组左肱骨BMD分别高于对照组增加了5%(P>0.05)和11%(P>0.05)。结论 CT2000与T101均可改善产蛋后期鸡骨质,而T101效果则更好。
Objective Effects of CT2000,T101 on the AKP?BGP levels in plasma and BND in cage layers. Methods One thousand and five hundred ISA cage layers were randomly divided into 3 groups. After acclimation for week, they were fed with basal diet (Control) . basal diet + 400 mg/kg CT2000 (Group CT2000 ) , and basal diet+ 10 mg/kg T101 (Group T101) ,respectively,for 9 weeks to examine the effects of CT2000 and T101 on the AKP,BGP levels in plasma and BMD. Results (l)Compared with the control,AKP and BGP levels in groups CT2000 and T101 were decreased(P < 0.05) . (2) Compared with the control, tibial BMD in groups CT2000 and T101 were increased by 7% (P > 0.05) and 19% (P < 0.05) and humerus BMD in groups CT2000 and T101 were increased by 5% ( P > 0.05)and 11% (P > 0.05) . Conclusions Both CT2000 and T101 improve bone quality,but the effects of T101 are better than those of CT2000.
