126例骨质疏松患者的疼痛与脉冲电磁场疗效的初步分析 被引量:7

摘要 目的 分析原发性骨质疏松患者疼痛的特点,探讨脉冲电磁场治疗疼痛的疗效。方法分析126例原发性骨质疏松患者疼痛的部位、性质、程度和持续时间,采用BG100型骨质疏松治疗仪产生的脉冲电磁场(PEMFs)进行治疗。结果 原发性骨质疏松患者疼痛以下腰背及下肢区域为多见,性质以钝痛为主。PEMFs对ⅠI型骨质疏松患者止痛的效果比Ⅱ型患者更为迅速显著。结论PEMFs为一种安全而有效的治疗骨质疏松症患者疼痛的方法。 Objective To analyse the characteristics of pain in 126 patients with primary osteoporosis (OP) and study the effectiveness of pulsed electrical magnetic fields (PEMFs) in treating pain of OP patients. Methods The sites,characteristics,degree and duration of pain in 126 primary OP patient were analysed. All patients were exposed to pulsed electrical magnetic fields(PEMFs) using type BG100 treating device. Results The pain was dull, mainly in the low back and legs. PEMFs had a more fast and significant effect on relieving bone pain for female type Ⅰ than type ⅡOP patients. Conclusions The PEMFs therapy is a safe and effective method for the treatment of osteoporotic pain.
