针对师范类院校体育系学生教学能力的现状,作为体育教师,有责任通过采取有效的教学方法和手段,提高学生的教学能力及学生创新能力,从而提高学生自身的素质,增强就业的竞争能力,以适应未来体育教学工作的需要。

To counter the situation of PE. students' teaching ability in teachers colleges,a PE teacher is responsible to improve the students' teaching and creating abilities through some effective methods,and therefore enhance their own quality to compete for an occupation and meet the needs of physical education teaching in the future.
