国外奖励旅游市场已然成熟,而国内其发展刚刚起步,各方面研究薄弱。针对国内现状,就奖励旅游 的概念、本质和奖励旅游最新走势等一些基本理论问题进行了探析;并着重从市场发育现状及培育方面进行了阐 述。
Incentive tour markets have already been mature in some other countries, but in our country it is stiu in the early stage of its development, the theoretical research is very weak. According to domestic current situation, this essay analyzes basic theories such as conception,essence and latest trend of incentive tour study. At the same time the author further expounds current situation of the market and future cultivation of incentive tour market.
