摘要
早在20世纪初,中国第一家旅行社———中国旅行社就开始致力于自身的企业文化建设。服务社会的理念、以人为本的价值观、鲜明的创新意识和强烈的团队精神是其企业文化建设的核心内容。正是依凭这独特的企业文化,中国旅行社独占中国现代旅游业鳌头30年,并逐渐跻身于世界大旅行社之列。以中国旅行社为代表的中国早期旅游企业的企业文化建设不仅对现今的旅行社业具有积极的借鉴意义,也引发人们对企业文化建设究竟开始于何时这一重要问题进行再思考。
Early in the beginning of the 20th century, China travel service, the first travel agency in China, made their effort to construct an enterprise culture of their own. The concept of serving the society, meeting the needs of people, a high conscious of creation, and a strong sense of teamwork are key points of their enterprise construction. It is because of their unique enterprise culture; China travel service forestalled the Chinese modern travel industry for 30 years, and gradually become one of the biggest travel agencies in the world. As the representative of the earliest enterprise culture construction of Chinese tourism enterprises, it not only offers some positive experience for nowadays travel agencies, but also urges us to reconsider the culture construction of modern enterprises.
