摘要
以对甲基苯磺酸为催化剂 ,水杨酸和乙醇为原料合成水杨酸乙酯 ,并考察了酸醇比、催化剂用量、反应时间、反应温度对酯化转化率的影响。结果表明 ,在水杨酸用量为 0 .0 0 3m ol的情况下 ,用对甲基苯磺酸作催化剂 ,催化剂用量为 12 % ,水杨酸与乙醇的摩尔比为 1∶ 2 ,反应时间为 5 h,反应温度为 95℃是最适宜的反应条件 ,酯化转化率为 5 2 .6 %。
The synthesis of ethyl salicytate with alcohol and salicylic acid as reactants and p-Toluene sulfonic acid as catalysts has been studied. The influent condition on the yield of ester, such as the molar ratio of alcohol to salicylic acid, the amount of catalyst used, the reaction time and the reaction temperature were investigated. The results showed that the optimum conditions were: weight of catalyst 12%; molar ratio of alcohol to salicylic acid 2∶1;reaction time 5 h; reaction temperature 95℃ .The yield of ethyl salicylate is about 52.6%.
