摘要
研制了一种了铝电解惰性阳极的新型金属基复合材料 ,复合材料阳极导电性好且具备优良的抗氧化耐冰晶石熔盐腐蚀性能。在温度为 85 0℃ ,6.0安培电流 ,阳极电流密度为 1.0A/cm2 ,摩尔分子比为 1.8的 3 .0 %氧化铝浓度的冰晶石系电解质中进行了长时间的电解应用。结果表明 ,电解过程进行较为平稳 ,阳极周围产生大量气体。阳极腐蚀速率为 2 3 .91mm/year,电解铝产品质量达到 98%~ 99% 。
A new kind of metal-based composite with excellent anti-oxidation and corrosion resistance can be used as inert anode for aluminum electrolysis. It was developed in the recent research work. Electrolysis was conducted ten hours at 850℃ in cryolite molten salt(CR=1.8) which consisted of dissolved 3.0wt.%Al 2O 3. Current was set at 6.0A and the anodic current density was 1.0A/cm2. The results are satisfactory in the respects of wear rate 23.91mm/year and purity of aluminum 98-99%. Electrolysis carried smoothly with relatively stable cell voltage. Purity of primary aluminum was suitable for industrial application.
