摘要
利用透视投影与平行投影的概念,对由于曲面引起的各点物距不同造成的图像变形进行了校正,说明了曲面展开的计算方法,讨论了图像拼接的相关问题。在此基础上,将坐标测量和图像检测技术相结合,通过区域分割拼接的方法提高回转表面上特定区域面积检测的精确度。结果表明,利用本文的方法可以高效地自动检测回转表面上特定区域的面积。
The image distortion caused by the different object distances of each point on the curved surface is corrected using the concept of the perspective projection and the parallel projection whereby illustrating the calculation method for the curved surface spreading and discussing the related problems of image mosaic,on the basis of which,the measurement accuracy of the specified regional area on rotative curved surface is improved via the regional section splicing method and the combination of the coordinate measurement with the image measurement technique. The results indicate that the method in this paper is used to detect or measure the specified regional area on rotative curved surface efficiently and automatically.
