摘要
蛋白质结构类型识别方法可以在没有序列同源性的蛋白质之间检测有没有结构相似性。利用蛋白质结构类型识别方法预测了SARS病毒S蛋白N端区域的结构。模建的SARS病毒S蛋白N端区域是一个全折叠的结构。
Protein fold recognition method can detect similarities between protein structures in the absence of se-quence similarity.In this paper,we introduced the application of this method to predict the3D structure of n-ter-minal portion of SARS coronavirus S protein.In our model,the n-terminal portion of SARS coronavirus S protein is an all-beta protein with a single-stranded right-handed beta-helix fold.
