现阶段我国贫困问题研究

Research on the Problem of Poverty in Our Country at Present

贫困问题是现阶段我国经济与社会发展中存在的十分突出的问题。在全面建设小康社会的过程中,必须下大力气解决贫困问题,逐步降低贫困人口的比重乃至最终消除贫困。为此,第一,必须把完成脱贫目标作为政府政绩的衡量标准;第二,必须实现制度创新,消除社会歧视;第三,必须在政策措施上实行综合治理。

The problem of poverty is a very prominent one in our country's economic and social development at present.In the process of comprehensively constructing our welltodo society,we must pay a lot of effort to solve the problem of poverty,lower the proportion of poverty population and eliminate poverty in the end. To do so, First,whether the government achived its goal or not when helping people to get rid of poverty,should be used as the criterion for the evaluation of government's achivement;Second,system innovation must be fulfilled,and social discrimination must be eliminated;Third, comprehensive governing should be put into practice in policy.
