介绍了胜利炼油厂新投用的CT8-3B脱硫剂氧化失效后的再生过程。经氢还原再生的脱硫剂已使用2a ,从其分析结果来看 ,容 2 12后的硫含量均小于 0 .5× 10 - 6 ,满足了生产的需要 ,保证了装置的长周期运转。因此 。
Presents the regeneration process of the deactivated desulfurizer CT8-3B newly put into operation in Shengli Refinery. The desulfurizer reduced by hydrogen is in service for 2 years. It is seen from the analytical result that the sulfur content down stream R212 is <0.5×10 -6, satisfying the production requirement to ensure the long term operation of the plant. Therefore, the first industrial experiment for the regeneration of desulfurizer CT8-3B in the reformer is successful, and it provides a new method for the solution of similar problems for people of the same occupation.
