Presents the application of CB-60/CB-70 reforming catalysts(reduced state) charged in sections in the reformer of Fujian Refining & Chemical Co., Ltd., indicates the different startup characteristics of the reduced catalysts and oxidized catalysts. By the comparison of the data calibrated at the initial period of the startup between CB-60/CB-70 and CB-6/CB-7, it is shown that CB-60/CB-70 have good activity and selectivity, especially their selectivity and hydrogen productivity are superior to those of CB-6/CB-7, and that the startup sequence is simplified.
