摘要
介绍了齐鲁 45 0kt/a乙烯技术改造———丁二烯抽提装置第二萃取精馏塔存在的问题、利用PRO/Ⅱ进行的模拟计算以及水力学计算。通过作出各种情况下塔的负荷性能图 ,分析出了发生问题的原因并进行了改进 。
Presented the problems existed in the secondary distillation-extraction column of butadiene stripping plant in the technical revamp of 450kt/a ethylene complex. Simulative calculation was made by successfully using PRO/Ⅱ,and hydraulics calculation was also made. By drawing column duty performance diagrams at various conditions, analyzed the reasons for the problems. And in practical operation, satisfactory results were obtained.
