摘要
未经稳定化的聚丙烯在自然环境中受光和热的影响,极易自动光氧化降解(老化)而破坏不能使用,人们常借助添加稳定剂的措施来增进它的耐候性。通过受阻胺类、受阻酚类以及键合氮氧改性型等对聚丙烯熔体状态的研究,较全面地分析了聚丙烯的耐候性行为及含氮氧基团助剂对增进聚丙烯耐候性行为方面的作用。从研究结果可知,键合型聚丙烯不仅可行,而且耐候性和耐溶剂抽提性能非常优越。
Unstabilised polypropylene (PP) will be happened photooxidation in anextreme speed, resulted in auto-degration when it be exposed in the natural environment especially absorbed sunlight directly and high temperature. Stabilizers always be added in to improve it′s weathering resistant.Studied on the state of PP melt under the influence of hindered amine, hindered phenol and bounded nitroxyl radicals, described thoroughly the performance of PP weathering resistant and indicated the role of nitoxyl radical to improve PP against photooxidation. It is observed that the style of bound not only is significant and feasible, but also is an excellent weathering and solvent extraction effect.
