合成4-氯-2-硝基-苯甲酸的方法研究

Synthesis of 4-Cloro-2-Nitrobenzoic Acid

实验室中 ,以 4-氯 -2 -硝基甲苯为原料 ,采用硝酸氧化法合成 4-氯 -2 -硝基苯甲酸 ,得到了纯度大于 99%的产品 ;在15 0℃ ,m( 4 -氯 -2 -硝基甲苯 )∶m(V2 O5)∶m(H2 SO4 ) =5∶1∶8,常压下 ,反应 11h ,产品收率可超过 60 %。

In the laboratory,the 4-cloro-2-nitrobenzoic acid was synthesized with 4-cloro-2-nitrotoluene(CNT) as raw material and nitric acid as oxidation agent.Under the condition 150℃,m(CNT)∶m(nitric acid)∶m(vitriol)=5∶1∶8,general pressure,reaction time 11 hour,the yield can reach 60% with the pruity of>99%.
