摘要
就陶瓷高温活性钎料研制的一些基本原则和要求进行了分析和讨论 ,以Al2 O3 、Si3 N4这两种典型陶瓷为研究对象 ,对其钎焊时的界面反应、润湿性能、接头强度等作了综述 ,并给出了相应高温活性钎料的成分配比、钎焊工艺、接头强度等参数 。
The fundamental principles of the developing of the high temper ature ac tive brazing-filler-metal are analysed and discussed. As t wo kinds of very important h igh temperature structure ceramics, Al 2O 3 and Si 3N 4 used widely, t he interfacial reactions, wettability and joint strength of these ceramics are summarized. A nd such the correlative parameters as brazing reaction products, brazin g process and joint strength are also reviewed.
