摘要
采用 HNO3 - HCl O4体系消解中药样品 ,优化实验条件 ,建立了氢化物发生 -原子荧光法测定中药中痕量砷的方法。砷的相关系数为 0 .9993,检出限为 0 .36 μg/L,茶叶 (GBW0 85 0 5 )验证结果与推荐值一致 ,相对标准偏差为 0 .89%。该方法灵敏、简便、快速、准确 。
A hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry method was developed for the determination of trace arsenic in traditional Chinese medicines with HNO 3-HClO 4 digestion system under optimized experimental conditions.A linear relationship between the fluorescence intensity and arsnic concentration was obtained with correlation coefficient of 0.9993 and detection limit of 0.36μg/L.The method was used to determine trace arsenic in the standard reference substance of tea leaf(GBW08505) in accord well with certified value.This method is sensitive,simple and rapid with satisfactory results.
