摘要
在盐酸介质中 ,微量芦丁对重铬酸钾氧化靛红的反应有明显的催化作用 ,据此建立了测定芦丁的催化动力学光度法。优化了动力学反应的条件 ,测定了反应级数。方法的线性范围是 0 .0 0 3— 0 .0 9μg/ m L和0 .10— 1.0 0μg/ m L ,检出限为 0 .0 0 3μg/ m L。方法简便、快速、灵敏度高 ,用于芦丁片剂和槐米中芦丁含量的测定 。
A catalytic kinetic spectrophotometry method for the determination of rutin was proposed based on the catalysis of rutin to the discoloring reaction of isatin oxidized by potassium dichromate in HCl solutions.The linear range of the determination is 3×10 -3-9×10 -2μg/mL and 0.10- 1.00μg/mL with detection limit of 3×10 -3μg/mL.The method was applied to determine the trace rutin in pharmacertical preparations.
