The content of potassium dehydrographolide succinate injection was determined by UV-spectrophotometric method.The linear relationship was good within the concentration range of 4.0-36.0μg/mL.The average recovery was 99.1%, RSD was 0.65%. The method was simple, rapid and accurate.
