采用干法灰化硝酸浸出盐分 ,火焰原子吸收法测定螺旋藻中 Pb和 Cd,试验了样品前处理方法和背景干扰消除方法。方法的相对标准偏差 Pb为 10 .7% ;Cd为 9.9%。回收率在 92 %— 110

The method of determination Pb,Cd in spirulina has been studied by AAS.The sample was pretreated into ashes and the complex salt were dissolved by nitric acid.The method of elimination background interference with matrix ions has been tested. The relative standard deviation of Pb is 10.7% and Cd is 9.9%, standard recoveries are between 92% to 110%.
