摘要
研究了原子荧光光度法同时测定化妆品中的砷和汞 ,并试验了硼氢化钠浓度、共存离子的影响 ,优化了仪器条件。方法回收率分别在 :As88.7%— 10 1.0 %、Hg97.0 %— 10 7.2 %之间 ,砷和汞的检出限分别为 0 .0 2 6 μg/L和 0 .0 2 0 μg/L;线性范围为 As0 .5— 10 0 μg/L、Hg0 .5— 70 μg/L;RSD(n=6 ) As1.4 %、Hg2 .5 %。方法具有操作简便、快速、灵敏度高等优点 ,可用于化妆品中 As。
The amounts of As & Hg in cosmetics were determined by AFS under optimized experimental conditions.The influence of operation conditions such as NaBH 4 concentration and coexisting ions were also investigated.The recovery,detection limit and liner range are 88.7%- 101.0%,0.026μg/L and 0.5-100μg/L for As,and 97.0%-107.2%,0.020μg/L and 0.5-70μg/L for Hg,respectively.The method is simple and rapid with high sensitivity,and was applied to the determination of As & Hg in cosmetics.
