摘要
研究了充气集合式产品中SF_6气体微水含量的控制,并通过采取措施从根本上解决了影响SF_6气体微水含量的因素。特别是通过使用SF_6气体回收充气装置,循环干燥充气集合式产品中SF_6气体,使产品中SF_6气体微水含量控制在设计要求范围内,满足了用户的要求,保证了产品质量。
Trace moisture content control of SF6 Gas-filled assembling capacitors is studied, and the factors that affect SF6 trace moisture content have been settled once and for all by taking measures. Particularly, by using the SF6 gas recycling device to dry moisture-containing SF6 in the gas-filled products within the range of design requirement.
