摘要
研制了聚丙烯(PP)/氯化聚乙烯(CPE)/纳米Mg(OH)_2复合材料,讨论了CPE和纳米Mg(OH)_2对PP复合材料的机械性能和阻燃性能的影响。研究结果表明,随着CPE和纳米Mg(OH)_2含量的增加,材料的抗冲击性能和阻燃性能得到改善。用该复合材料体系经挤出成型的管材,能够承受16 MPa的环应力,无破裂,无渗漏。
This paper developed a kind of composite material comprised of polypropylene, chlorinated polyethylene (CPE) and nano-Mg(OH)2, and discussed the influence of CPE and nano-Mg(OH)2 on the mechanical properties and flame-resistance of the composite material. The results show that the impact resistance and flame-resistance of the composite material is improved as the content of CPE and nano-Mg(OH)2 is increased. The tubular goods made of the composite material are able to bear annulus stress of 16 MPa without generating any fracture and leakage.
