摘要 对高流动抗冲共聚聚丙烯(PP)生产技术的最新进展进行了综述。其中,国外4种PP工艺采用改进的催化剂系统,均已开发出熔体流动指数在65g/10 min以上的工业化共聚PP产品,改善了PP刚性、韧性和流动性三者之间的平衡。我国应尽快开发超高流动抗冲共聚PP系列专用树脂。 This paper reviewed the latest advances in production technologies of impact propylene copolymer with high melt flowability. Among the references cited, four kinds of overseas technologies adopted the improved catalyst system, with which products of propylene copolymer having melt flow index over 65 g/10 min were developed commercially and the balance among the impact resistance, stiffness and flowability was well improved. It was suggested that the domestic resin industry should develop series of speciality resins for propylene copolymers having ultra-high flowability as soon as possible.
