采用电脑多媒体技术配合倒置荧光显微镜,建立活细胞荧光跟踪系统。动态,实时自动跟踪视频下细胞损伤修复、细胞迁徙的全过程。观察记录细胞损伤后修复的全部信息。为医学上探讨各种疾病用药对细胞损伤修复的影响提供有力的工具。
A real-time tracing system for analyzing living cells has been established by combining computer multiple media
technology with an inverted fluorescent microscope, making possible dynamic, real-time and automatic monitoring of the whole repairing and migrating process of injured cells. The recording of all information in living cells under specific microenvironment, will provide useful helps in developing drugs for guicker healing.
