摘要 随着医疗机构规模的不断扩大和医学信息量的迅速膨胀,医院对其图像存档与通信系统(PACS)在功能集成和工作流优化的方面提出了更高的要求。为了满足大规模、高流量的医学影像硬拷贝存档的需要,我们采用DICOM通用任务清单设计了一个自动化的打印工作流,并实现了一个能自动进行影像打印预处理工作站,以代替放射科技师的手工操作,提高放射科工作效率。目前该系统已投入临床应用,运行状况良好。 With the development of medical institutions and the explosion of medical information, much more demands for multi-system functions integration and work flow improvement have been added to the Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS). To meet the requirement of large scale and high flux hardcopy archives of medical images, we have designed an automatic workflow for DICOM image printing with DICOM General Purpose Worklist. We have also implemented a print composer, which is capable to automatically perform pre-processing of DICOM images, in order to replace a radiological technician' s handwork operation, and to improve the work efficiency. It have been proved that this system works well in clinical application environment.
