摘要
文章介绍了目标管理的概况以及在我馆的具体运用过程和取得的经验 ,说明了目标管理是比较适合我校图书馆管理的管理方式之一。
The present paper has introduced the general situation of MBO (Management By Objectives), its specific utilization in our library and management experience .The paper has demonstrated that MBO is one of the best-suited management modes in our library.
