摘要
随着信息时代的来临和网络技术的应用 ,人力资源管理越来越受到管理者的重视。本文通过对几年来行政管理工作的总结 ,探讨了人力资源的科学管理、人才招聘以及激励理论等对图书馆发展所起的作用 ,进一步阐述了人力资源管理的内涵及特征 ,提出了图书馆人力资源管理与开发的具体办法。
With the approach of the information era and the application of technique in network, managers attach more importance to human resource management. By summarizing the work in recent years, the paper has probed the roles of scientific human resources management, talented people invitation and encouraging theories in library development. The paper further expounds the content and characteristics of human resource management. And finally, the paper has put forward concrete measures of human resource management and development.
