摘要
分析了转炉余热锅炉故障率高、寿命短的原因,提出了包括改造设计以及采用炉内加药水处理技术的一系列措施。实际运行证明,改造取得了成功。
The causes of high failure rate and short service life of the waste heat boilers of converter are ana-lyzed. The measures including transformation design and application of technology of water treatment in boiler are proposed. The practice has shown that the transformation is successful.
