纳米蒙脱土/环氧树脂胶粘剂最佳组分的优化选择

摘要 将有机化处理后的蒙脱土作为填料,通过插层复合的方法制备出纳米蒙脱土/环氧树脂胶粘剂,进行了拉伸强度、硬度及XRD测试,并与粉煤灰、未处理蒙脱土作填料的环氧胶粘剂进行了性能对比。试验结果表明,当加入质量分数5%的有机蒙脱土时,环氧胶粘剂的剪切强度达到21.6MPa;X射线衍射结果表明,用该法制得的胶粘涂层内部蒙脱土片层已被剥离,属于纳米复合胶粘剂;通过对比力学性能及密度,加入有机蒙脱土的环氧树脂胶粘剂涂层综合性能要优于一般环氧树脂胶粘剂。 Used obtained montmorillonite( through treating with organic compounds)as the filler a montmoril-lonite/epoxy resin adhesive was prepared by intercalation combining. The adhesive properties (tensile strength, hardness and X-ray diffraction) were measured and compared to that of the adhesives with filler of fly-ash or untreated montmorillonite. When added organic montrnorillonite was 5% by mass fraction the shear strength for the adhesive reached 21. 6MPa. The results of XRD showed that the adhesive is a nano-scale composite of nano-montmorillonite and epoxy resin. From comparing of their mechanical properties and desities the synthetical properties of the epoxy adhesive containing organic montmorillonite are better than that of common epoxy adhesives.
