市场化导致了传统电力系统垂直管理体制的变化 ,备用容量大小的确定及其调度方法也将随之发生改变。介绍了市场环境下备用容量分类及其大小的确定方式 ,并对单独运行的辅助服务市场及电量、备用联合调度市场进行了较为详尽的阐述。在对现有备用政策进行分析的基础上 。
The marketization leads to changes in vertical management mechanism of traditional electric power system, the reserve capacity and its dispatching method change consequently. The types of reserve capacity and the defining method of its size in market environment were introduced. The auxiliary service market by an independent system operator and the joint energy and reserve dispatching market were expatiated in detail. Analyzed on the current reserve policy, the possible direction of improvement of reserve dispatch in market was put forward.
