大坝裂缝处理用胶粘剂的研制及应用

Development and application of a caulking adhesive for treating of cracks of heavy dams

以改性环氧树脂、增稠剂、着色剂等为主要原材料,制得了一种大坝裂缝处理用的胶粘剂.通过向裂缝中灌入胶粘剂和在坝体混凝土表面粘贴止水橡胶板,有效地解决了大坝裂缝的渗水问题.实验结果表明,制备的胶粘剂拉伸强度达到了2.5 MPa,剥离强度为3.4 kN*m-1,具有强度高、耐水性和耐老化性好等优点.

A caulking adhesive for treating of cracks of heavy dams was prepared with the main raw materials such as modified epoxy resin, thickener and colouring agent et al. Pouring the caulking adhesive into the cracks and bonding the anti-water rubber plates on the surface of the concrete dam body effectively resolved the problem of water permeating for the cracks of heavy dams. The results showed that the adhesive has high strength and good resistance to water and aging,the tensile and peel strength reached 2.5MPa and 3.5 kN· m-1,respectively.
