摘要 介绍了微生物絮凝剂的特性和优点。着重讨论了影响微生物絮凝剂产出的因素、影响絮凝活性的因素以及微生物絮凝剂的作用机理和成分分析等。指出今后的研究方向为:筛选高产菌株、降低培养基成本、优化培养条件,改进微生物絮凝剂的结构和理化性质的测试方法,深入研究絮凝机理,利用基因和生物工程技术提高微生物絮凝剂的性能,研究微生物絮凝剂与传统絮凝剂的复合,同时加强微生物絮凝剂的应用研究,对工业化生产条件进行优化。 The properties and advantages of microbial flocculants were introduced and the factors might influence the production and activity of microbial flocculants and their mechanism and components analyses were given emphasis to discuss.The research directions were pointed out as followings: screening out high yield strains,cutting down culture media cost and optimizing the conditions of cultivation; improving the methods to test the composition and physical and chemical properties of microbial flocculants; going deep into the mechanism of flocculation; improving the flocculation activity by taking advantage of the technology of gene and bioengineering; integrating the usage of microbial flocculants with traditional flocculants and enhancing the research on application of microbial flocculants at the same time; optimizing the conditions for industrial production.
