摘要
利用城市污水厂污泥化学活化法热解产生的高性能吸附剂,在间歇吸附器内对水溶液中的Cd2+和Ni2+离子进行吸附性能研究。考察了溶液的pH值、接触时间、吸附剂的投加量及吸附质初始浓度对吸附效果的影响,并利用等温吸附实验作出吸附等温线,吸附等温线可以利用Freundilich和Langmuir模型描述。实验结果表明,吸附达到平衡时的接触时间是60min,pH值最佳范围是5.5~6.0,Cd2+和Ni2+的吸附容量分别达到16mg/g和9mg/g,吸附性能优越,证明该种吸附剂可以作为去除水中相关金属离子的良好吸附剂。
High efficient adsorbents derived from sewage sludge were produced through chemical pyrolysis, and its absorbing efficiency to cadmium and nickel ions was tested in a batch adsorption reactor. The effects of pH value, contact time, initial concentration of the adsorbate and adsorbent's amount on the adsorption efficiency were also studied. The absorption isotherm was drawn, and well fit the models of both Freundilich and Langmuir equations. The results indicated that equilibrium was reached within the contact time of 60 min, the optimum pH value range was 5.5-6.0, and the adsorptive capacity for Cd2+ and Ni2+ calculated from Langmuir isotherm was 16 mg/g and 9 mg/g respectively, whose performance was superior, which showed the absorbent could remove related metal ions from the aqueous solution.
