摘要
以脱除重整生成油中微量烯烃为目的,在实验室研制了以国产分子筛载于高岭土或氧化铝上的催化剂,考察了催化剂的脱烯烃活性、稳定性及再生性能,并与工业酸性白土进行了比较。试验结果表明,所选的分子筛可以作为催化剂的活性组分,它的使用效果与工业酸性白土相当。XRD、PONA PNA色谱分析结果表明,催化剂性能良好,反应前后产品分布基本没有变化,再生后活性恢复良好。
Aiming at removal of trace olefins in reformate, catalysts were prepared with homemade zeolites carried on kaolin or boehmite in laboratory, and their activity of olefin removal, sta-bility and regeneration performance were tested and compared with those of acid clay. The results of the experiment showed that the selected zeolites could be taken as active components of the catalyst, which effect was equal to acid clay. The analysis of XRD, PONA PNA chromatography indicated that the cata-lyst possessed good performance; there was no obvious change in the components between the feed and products. The activity of the regenerated catalyst was fairly restored.
