摘要
在总结国内外腐蚀预测和腐蚀诊断研究成果的基础上,建立了炼油装置腐蚀诊断支援系统。该诊断系统可以判断不同炼油装置可能会发生的腐蚀类型,可以选择防腐措施和耐蚀材料,以及腐蚀发生后快速判断腐蚀原因等,并可为设备的检测维修等决策提供支援。腐蚀事例数据库为各炼油企业设备腐蚀历史档案管理提供了一种简便易行的方法。
The assistance syste'm for corrosion diagnosis of petroleum refining units was established on the basis of summarizing worldwide research results of corrosion prediction and corrosion diagnosis. The diagnostic system could judge the corrosion type in various units, which might be happened. It could help select anti-corrosion means and materials; rapidly identify corrosion reasons; and supply assistance for making the decision of equipment inspection and maintenance. The database of corrosion ca-ses could provide a simple and convenient way for the historical file management of equipment corrosion in petroleum refining industry.
