摘要 常规分析表明 ,提取甾体皂甙元后的胡芦巴制胶副产物中蛋白质含量 41% ,聚糖含量 14 % ,脂肪含量低 ,适宜用作脲醛树脂增量剂。在脲醛树脂中加入胡芦巴残渣增量剂后 ,提高了胶液粘度 ,延长了脲醛树脂的适用期和固化时间 ,减小了固化后的收缩性。-2 5%的胡芦巴增量剂可提高三合板胶合强度 15%以上 。 It is determined that Fenugreek residues contain 41% protein, 14% polysaccharide and 1.7% fat, in which much of polysaccharide gum, steroidal saponins and fat have been separated from Fenugreek seeds. The effect of Fenugreek residues increment on the gluing property of urea formaldehyde resin has been studied. Fenugreek residues increment can greatly improve the properties of urea formaldehyde resin. It also can reduce pollution, simplify operation and reduce production cost. The rate of 20%~25% Fenugreek residue increment can add up 15% gluing strength of plywood, and the formaldehyde release reduces to 20 percent compared to urea formaldehyde resin to which no increment adds.
