摘要
采用超声提取方法 ,对木立芦荟中芦荟甙进行了提取 ,并用薄层色谱法 (TLC)测定了木立芦荟中芦荟甙的含量 .回收率为 98.71 % ,变异系数为 1 .9% .
Ultrasoinic extraction method was used for extracting the aloin in the A.arborescens mill and the aloin in the A.arborescens mill was determinated by TLC method. The recovery is 98.71% and the coefficient of variation is 1.9 %.
